First: Returns

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, jewelry can only be returned if there is a defect in the product. If there is a defect in the product, you can return it within 24 hours of receiving it through one of the City Palace Jewelry branches or contact us to resolve the issue.




If the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or incorrect/wrong delivery, no additional shipping fees will be charged. If the product is returned for other reasons, the customer will be charged for shipping.




When preparing to return a product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and certificates attached. We do not accept returns of products that are scratched, damaged due to misuse, or malfunctioning due to the use of incompatible voltage. We reserve the right to approve the return of products that do not meet the above criteria.




Second: Replacement


There are exclusive cases for replacement mentioned below. Please review them.




Return and replacement period:


Within 24 hours of the date and time of receipt of the shipment (terms and conditions apply).


Exclusive cases for return:


1-  The item has a manufacturing defect.


2-  If the item does not match the purchased item (error resulting from the website).


o If the customer requests to return the item for one of the above reasons (in cases of return), the customer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. This is after fulfilling the conditions for accepting the return, and within 7 working days from the date we receive the item and confirm that the conditions for accepting the return have been met.


o Except for the cases described above, the customer is not entitled to return the purchased items.


Exclusive cases for replacement:


1-  The item has a manufacturing defect.


2-  If the item does not match the purchased item (the error is due to the website).


-     In the event of a size error resulting from an incorrect selection by the customer, the customer is entitled to request a one-time adjustment to the correct size and shall bear the following costs:


o All shipping and insurance costs.


o Price differences resulting from differences in the weight of the gold (for the replaced item), or differences in the price of gold.
